The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include time and schedule management, travel planning coordination, expense management, project coordination, event planning, and other administrative tasks.
This individual must be a go-getter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, exciting, and rapidly expanding environment. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, manage internal and external relationships, and the ability to work closely with senior executives from multiple sectors.
Performs diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound judgment.
Coordinate all global travel arrangements for senior executives, providing detailed agenda with clear and concise details.
Schedule a high volume of meetings and conference calls.
