Job Description


The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include time and schedule management, travel planning coordination, expense management, project coordination, event planning, and other administrative tasks.

This individual must be a go-getter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, exciting, and rapidly expanding environment. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, manage internal and external relationships, and the ability to work closely with senior executives from multiple sectors.

Performs diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound judgment.

Coordinate all global travel arrangements for senior executives, providing detailed agenda with clear and concise details.

Schedule a high volume of meetings and conference calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow for effective communication with executive management across a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited daily supervision.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments.
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to handle confidential information.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital software (Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years related experience.

Digital Marketing Assistant


Job Description


The Digital Marketing Assistant will coordinate the implementation, delivery, and daily execution of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include website, social media, email campaigns, and more. The Digital Marketing Assistant will help with executing the digital marketing strategies to grow our brands, focusing on key performance indicators to meet organizational goals.

  • Website: Oversee company website content and work to drive more activity to the site
  • Social Media: Manage all social media channels, including YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, and more
  • Social Media: Create content strategy, schedule all posts, execute campaigns, audience building, community management, and reputation management
  • Email Marketing: Create, design, manage, and track email marketing campaigns, including reports on their effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling web, digital, and social media in a professional services environment
  • Design experience is a plus
  • Previous experience working with content management, SEO, social media, and analytics is preferred
